Description
After his submarine was nearly sunk and two of his crew killed by a phantom sub, Commander Burt Habley is court-martialed and suspended. He is given a second chance when another officer requests his assistance on a clandestine mission; but once again, his sub is hunted and marked. Habley must convince the rest of the crew that they are in danger, and figure out a way to destroy the phantom sub before it destroys the whole of the U.S. fleet.
