Description
Donnie's a handsome little boy living in the City of Chicago, born with mental illnesses. With the help of his mother and siblings, they all pitch in to help him get through difficult times dealing with Bi-polar disorders, and Schizophrenia. As Donnie gets older, his problems continue to pile up along with his numerous felony convictions. The voices in Donnie's head play an important role in how he deals with his issues and life's circumstances. Dealing drugs and hanging out on the block was his daily routine until the gang life catches up with him and he's sent to prison. With the deaths of his two brothers, mother and nephew hanging over Donnie's head, he goes into a downward spiral. He later moves to New York with his brother to start a new life and encounters the police while he's walking in the rain naked.
